Synergy Health Collective
Synergy Health Collective (SYNHC) is a dynamic collective of evidence-based health, fitness and select wellness professionals dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of the populations we serve. We aim to get our clients/patients into the hands of the best provider for that individual's needs.
We address gaps in the healthcare system and continuum of care by connecting providers. We are here to support each other, provide education, professional development and more. Multiple members of the same profession are allowed in the group.
The current membership fee is $180 annually.
Qualified providers should:
- Be the business owner/founder, primary decision-maker or a significant stakeholder in the business. If you do not hold one of those roles, your application may be denied.
- In-person meetings (12+ each year) are typically held the first Wednesday of each month from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.
- Virtual meetings (12+ each year) are typically held the third Wednesday of each month at 12 pm.
- Members who do not attend at least 50% of the meetings may have their membership terminated.
