By accessing or using the Synergy Health Collective ("SYNHC") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership

SYNHC membership is available to health and wellness professionals who meet our membership criteria. By applying for membership, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application and profile
• Maintain valid professional credentials and licenses as required for your practice
• Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with other members
• Pay applicable membership fees in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your professional practice

Member Profiles

As a member, you may create a profile that is visible to the public. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information in your profile is accurate and up to date
• Not misrepresenting your qualifications, credentials, or services
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our platform to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Referrals and Professional Relationships

SYNHC facilitates connections between health and wellness professionals but does not guarantee any referrals or business outcomes. Members are independently responsible for their professional relationships, services, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. SYNHC is not a party to any agreements or transactions between members or between members and their clients.

Fees and Payment

Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

Intellectual Property

The SYNHC name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Synergy Health Collective and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. Content you submit to your profile remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or verify the credentials, qualifications, or services of any member.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYNHC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages related to referrals, professional relationships, or business outcomes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from our directory.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
